It was so easy to install I was able to it even with 1 hand bound up after wrist surgery the hardest part was actually reaching the hood slot due to my tires and lift. Got a pair for me and for my dad for an early fathers days gift as he had been looking at off brand ones and really likes these ones because he can disconnect them when needed.

I saw the hood lift kit on Jeep Recon You Tube channel. Great product, easy install and now my daughter can access her engine compartment more easily. We would highly recommend.

These were just what I needed when the rivet to my hood prop broke. It took a total of 10 minutes to install and work like a charm. No more having to prop my hood up against my window!

This was an awesome mod to my 2011 Jeep Wrangler! It was sooo simple to install! It utilized existing holes under the hood! IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢d highly recommend this product to other Jeep

Excellent Hood Struts	December 13, 2022

Saw Brad from Trailrecon installed them and got myself a pair. Excellent instructions and easy to follow. May require to adjust the hood latches a bit too. Wish I had done this sooner, such a handy upgrade!
