Great product and great service! I have used these hood struts on three different vehicles and they work as advertised with good instructions and easy installation. One end got damaged in a crash and these replacement ends were just the ticket for the repair.

Correcting an Error

While attempting to remove the retaining clip on the end of my passenger side hood strut, it suddenly popped off and disappeared into the wheel well. So, no way to secure the strut. Redline to the rescue. They sell the end piece with that all-important clip. Thanks to them and their prompt service, I have corrected my error and am back in business.

Instructions could have been better.
Struts are not as sturdy as I expected considering the wieght of the hood. A bit on the flimsy side

Love your hood lift systems..have them on both vehicles. Only complaint...no stickers on last 2 orders! I need more for my toolboxes! Thanks for a great product that does what it is meant to . Have 2 years on my Mustang...the Tacoma setup should go long as well.
