Gas Spring Replacement	October 4, 2020

I ordered a hood lift system for my 2017 Tacoma Sport. Installed it and it worked perfectly. Later I installed an INJEN Evolution Air Intake system. When I closed my hood the passenger side shock came off and pushed into my windshield washer reservoir. This was no fault on redlinetuning. I sent an email on a Sunday morning about this and amazingly had reply within a couple of hours. Brian advised a replacement that would help remedy the problem. Within a few days I received a new shock and it works great. I have delt with a lot of companies in the past but never one with such a quick courteous response and remedy to my problem. Let me reassure you that anything you purchase from redlinetuning even if it is not their fault they will do everything to insure you are more than 100% satisfied.
